Gas cap?

As an afterthought.
The last thing I changed prior to this starting was the gas caps.

It's not the gas gap. Gas cap will cause issues running down the road.. Looks like you might have a super E behind that filter. Bet the accelerator pump is turned up too high..

+1 on ditching that inline fuel filter. And that may also cause a vapor lock. May NOT be happening with yours though. (for everyone that just picks that out) Old school bikers would just wipe off the cap and put it up to their mouths and huff away! Good for a high too! Easy to check that way though.
