squeak from throttle grip
Went and bought a set of joker machine grips and a throttle sleeve. Now I have a squeak coming from the grip. And besides that its scarring up the handle bar beneath it. I tried putting a little grease in there, but no luck. Probably just a poor quality product or is there maybe another explanation? Help

That's got to be a machine shop issue where they messed up on the bore size of the grip.
You could probably go to a local machine shop and have them bore you out a thousandth but your gonna go nuts once you start to feel the lack of smoothness due to it chewing up your bar.
Let me know how you make out. My pm grip had an issue where they pressed the end plastic that rides in the end of the grip too far in the grip and it caused the metal grip to rub up against the switch housing scratching it and finally binding the throttle open when I let go. Damn near killed me. Pm fixed it.
