Default Breaking in advice

Have recently taken delivery of a 2007 XL1200C (United Kingdom Spec). The break-in advice is <4000RPM any gear first 50 miles and < 5000RPM any gear 50 to 500 miles. The bike has no rev counter. Any idea of what these RPMs relate to in terms of speed (MPH) in each gear. Also what is the max RPM for the bike?

Many thanks.

No clue I'd call the stealer and ask them follow the breakin they build them and put limits on them for a reason.

There should be a miles per hour max in each gearnoted in your owner's manual for breakin. It was there for all both my Harley's.
It is worthwhile looking thru the manual. Most dealer delivery to customersessions include review of several items in it. Tire pressure, fluid checks, etc.
I'm sure you'll find info there that will relate to speeds in gears.

just ride it. HD's break in method is pretty conservative.

Don't go down the hiway at the same speed forever, and don't race it. Take it out to the twisties, work through the gears, and take it easy... but don't lug it either.
