Anyone been able to get in touch w customer service dept. at progressive? I've emailed 2x's and called and placed on hold forever...no luck. Trying to have there mini inflation pump replaced under the one year warranty. Glad I have purchased some high dollar shocks from them or I'd be pissed!!!! Just saying
