Blown Progressive 412
Spent a great day in the beautiful twisties near Santa Cruz CA and ended up losing a shock in the process. I'm only posting this to show my appreciation for the Progressive Shock Co.
Called them up and told them the problem. They were very nice and apologetic over the phone and told me they needed both shocks to inspect in case the good one needed to be repaired/replaced as well. Thankfully I live in So Cal- about 20-minutes from them- so I could bring them in directly.
I was greeted by their helpful and professional staff and was told to wait a short time while they inspected the shocks. Shortly after, they apologized again and handed me a brand new set of Black 412's and I was on my way.
A fine example of exemplary customer service.

Blown seal. It was either defective from initial assembly (pinched seal) or a small piece of debris got lodged in there and eventually tore it apart. I asked if the replacement would come with a warranty and they basically said that if it ever happens again, bring it in and that they stand behind their products. Thank you Progressive.
