had a set of 412's on for 5000 miles and one blew out sat night. progressive won't return my e-mails since i told them it was 15 months ago i purchased them. first e-mail said they would refurbish the old one for 100 bucks (I wanted to laugh out loud) but i can buy them new for that. i live in pittsburgh so the bike is pretty much stored for 5-6 months so really i got less than 10 months out of them. I really hope they come through on a new shock. i'll keep u posted. vinny
RE: anyone having problems with progressive shocks?
I had the same thing happen to me, although I don't remember the time frame, I didn't have any problem getting a replacement. Hang in there hopefully they will come through. Keep us posted.
RE: anyone having problems with progressive shocks?
Thanks for the heads-up,Vinny.
\\;After waiting for a while, and hearing good things about the(Progressive), I just put a set of black 412's on my scoot.
I will be watching this thread, for sure.
RE: anyone having problems with progressive shocks?
I have one of my progressive 412 11ââ \\; being rebuilt by Progressive.  \\;The shock was leaking fluid. So if you have them check the ground below the shock for fluid. There are people here that have had no problems with there Progressives.  \\;Next time I will spend my money on something better. Missing some prime riding here in SOCAL.
