Default Reckless Motorcycles

Buyer beware. I purchased their fairing for my '16 Fatboy. Didn't fit. Alex C. from Reckless sent me their proprietary mounting hardware. Still doesn't fit. Spoke face-to-face with Alex (the owner) out in Sturgis. He suspected that possibly the fairing had been drilled for a different model bike. He requested that I send him pics of said holes. I sent them the pics... no response. After a week, I started making phone calls. For 4 consecutive days, Michelle assured me that someone would return my calls to resolve the issue. At this point I wanted a full refund. On the 5th day, Michelle returned to the phone to inform me that if I returned the fairing that I would have to pay the return shipping ($75) and a 15% restocking fee ($52.50). Absolutely ridiculous! I'll be honest... the quality and price of their product is reasonable. I'm sure this fitmemt issue is an anomaly. But this is by far the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.
