02 Sept. Bad *** IL/WI Riders to ride again
Hello to all IL and WI HDFs out there!!!! With the weather looking AWESOME for the weekend, we've decided to plan another ride with hopes of gaining more IL and WI interest.
On Sunday September 2nd the HDF Bad *** IL/WI riders will ride again. This Sunday's trip will take us to House on the Rock http://www.thehouseontherock.com/, where we will meet up with an unknown tour guide...(XBT2, he bettah be good
).. So with that being said; that's all the details I have about the ride, guess the rest will be a HUGE surprise.
The meeting spot will be 0800 at the McDonalds right behind the Road Rangerin Winnebago, ILjust off 20W.
For those close to Gurnee, we will be meeting at the BP on the corner of Hunt Club and Washington at 0630...
Hope to see lots of HDF peeps out there!!

Well Snowgirl I just happen to know of a a nice little watering hole not to far from the T.H.O.R. It might just remind you a bit of the last out of the way spot you guys hit when you were up here last time.

OK Thanks I have not been in Fatmans since Fatman passed. The highland house was on 41 and 22 but closed some years ago.Maybe I'll see you at Fatmans before the snow flys. Did you know that Motel next door was in the movie Plane Trains and Automobiles?
