Adam Gadach of New Richmond, WI was critically injured on June 9, 2007. As he rode his motorcycle home from a softball tournament, a person who chose to drink and drive crossed the center line of county road G, and hit him head on. The driver then fled on foot. Adam was airlifted to Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN where he spent one month. Adam had multiple surgeries during that month. July 3 they amputated his left leg below the knee. Adam will get a prosthetic leg this Friday. He will then begin learning to walk again. His first steps since he was injured.

There will be a spaghetti supper at Gibby's Lane's in New Richmond this Sunday, October 7 starting at noon. There will be live and silent auctions and raffles. One of the raffles is for a new Harley Davidson Super Glide. There are still tickets available. They are $10 each or three for $25. Come and join us at Gibby's to help Adam out, and to celebrate his victory over this horrible accident.
