Anyone doing the Loop for Life ride in Indy?

Never done it. I can't see paying money to ride around 465. I can do that for free anytime.

 

I guess you miss the point of a benefit ride...

 

Awfully presumptuous of Ozoneman to say that just because someone doesn't see any merit in participating in a particular benefit ride that they miss the point ??? God forbid someone around here give him a direct honest opinion.

This time of the year,on any given weekend there's at least a half dozen "benefit rides" I could choose from,for various reasons some rides are less appealing to me than others.

 

I didn't appreciate her comment to me. I expect being her friend that you would stick up for her, but the point is that she had no right to trivialize this particular event. Saying why pay when it can be done for free wasn't an appropriate comment to make about a benefit ride and you know it.

 

Good turn out. I didn't get the official count but it had to be a few thousand bikes.

The other is the ride. We were towards the front, so the trail of bikes behind us must have been very much longer.
