The guys with wide rear tires have an advantage, they float.

You could always delay a week or two and go with us a little later in the month. Course I guess going in a northerly direction would take us back into a cooler climate wouldn't it. There were reports of snow in Munising last week.

Hey thanks, but the wifes vaction time is already planned out.
Think we might headed little further north.... Going out through Sturgis SD then up into Montana, across Beartooth pass, into Yellowstone and over to Salt Lake city. Beartooth pass doesn't open for the summer until the end of May....lol...and the pass is about 12,000 ft up there.

Will be up in elevations of 10,000 ft or so in addition. I'm figuring to riding in 50's, maybe even 40's up in the mts in the mornings for an hour or two. Around Deadwood, Sturgis and the Needles you're up a ways as well. Then temps up to mid 70's....will be some real swings. Won't be so bad as long as it stays dry. Then we come back through Colorado on 50 out of Utah, so will be ridin high then for a while too. Hopefully we can swing up and see Pikes Peak. Want to stop in Dodge City Ks for a night. Always wanted to go there.

You all can leave early and ride with us if'n ya want.
