Milwakee eight problems

New Milwakee eight engin problems. About 2k miles in I had oil shooting out of the filter. Brought it in and come to find out the rear cylinder was out of round so the seals went. No biggy, problem fixed. So today, 1k miles later, oil starts to shoot out of the filter again. Is it time to push for a completely new engine? Obviously this one has some defects
