How's the fender coming, and the rest of your mods.
my are just about complete, except ran into small road block.
put 30 tooth sprocket/ pulley on transmission output shaft, stock belt is 140, and the sprocket/ pulley is 32.
anything I have read should drop 2 teeth in the belt.
there is no 138 except in aftermarket,
139 had to order, 137 in stock will it fit .
What are your thoughts.

137 tooth belt will not work to tight............................................. .................................................. ....................................

I used the same belt with my 30T..
i dont know how many teeth it has though..
Why wouldnt yours work??
did you try it first?
Mods of mine are goin a bit slow so i moved my bike to a better space ..
Too many bikes in my garage to get around with the wifes car too..
But ill resume on the weekend..

my 140 tooth stock belt is to long.
went to set the tension and the belt tensioner spun all the way around.
nobody makes a 138 not even aftermarket.
so will have to find a 139.
1 inch by 139 Buell belt.

Decided to keep the KX 250, I enjoy that bike to much.

Found 139 tooth belt.
Blue grass breather on its way.
A little more bling.
Then just finish up the wiring.
Mods are or will be done for this year.

Gone back to hibernation................................!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nah i pop in here everyday just a big project on the go ..
And i think i found an ironHead sporty for $800.........If so ill gonna buy that sucker..
