Anyone here from Edmonton? Calgary is getting a noise camera, just wondering how the riders in Edmonton are doing with their noise bylaw.

I live in calgary.
I have talked to 6 different Motorcycle Cops.
According to them they have one unit.
They are not going to pull us over to test .
Their goal is too get the idiots that blap the pipes all the time.
IE red mile and areas that people actively complain.
I personally have a very good db testing unit if you want to check your bike. Let me know.
My tester is as good or better than the CPD's unit.

Off to South Dakota friday.

beerguz I'm from Edmonton. How I deal with it is to stay away from the hot areas that they check at. Whyte Ave., and Jasper Ave. downtown. Or you just stay off the throttle when in those areas. I basically choose not to ride in town, at all. The cagers never see us.
