Well I got my first ride in today, everything went well but when I got back my tail light wasn't working. I'll have to check it out tomorrow, I hope it's just a loose wire cuz I don't think those tri-bar led's are serviceable. Hey Miles, yup I still have the fender, no panic tho.

Made some highway pegs from really old Railroad spikes..
It drives my one buddy nutz..
I refuse to paint them or make em pretty..
I think im gonna try to paint my bike this year with an old sunbeaten faded cracked kinda look ..
Like the tins were left outside for 50 yrs or so..
But a smooth clear surface..

Oh by the way i bought a superbrace ..
Im curious if it will actually improve handling .
Cant test for another week yet.

Well In deciding on this old looking theme.
I dug up a late 70,s S&S Super Air cleaner and carb i have sitting around..
Started trying to see if i can retrofit this to my EFI intake..
WAY TO EASY>>>>>>>
I cant use the stock 3 holes without making an intake flange but no problem.
I plugged them with 3 new stainless bolts just like the OEM FXE style.
Where the dish is in the center i drilled patiently through it until the inside peak shaft came off.
Giving me an inch or so more depth.
Tommorroww ill mill the inside down at work.
Two of the 3 bolts make a support on the air filter.......
Perfect......
Ill take a couple shots tommorrow when i finish the back mainbolt area..
