What made you choose the Low Rider over all of the other choices out there??

For me, it was all about the looks. Everytime I went into the dealer, and a bike caught my eye, I looked closer, and it was a Low Rider. EVERY time. When we were ready to buy me a bike, my husband made me sit on every bike the dealer had. Some more than once. We were there for hours. But it always came back to the Low Rider.

Howdy! Somebody left the door open and I snuck in. Hopefully yall got room for another FXDL rider. Be warned that I bring very little to the table except a smart ass opinion and my low rider.

What made you choose the Low Rider?

I have always liked the Super Glide and that was my original choice. I prefer mid controls, the short risers and swept bars. After the 2008 models came out, I fell in lust over the chrome and black engine on the Low Rider. After a test ride, it was an easy decision. I ride everyday that I'm home and the bike is a perfect fit for the country roads that we have around here.

I actually prefer the forward controls... though the longest ride I have taken so far is 100 mile round trip. On that ride I was a little bit second guessing that choice. I guess I need to ride more, and figure it out. I just didn't like the way I felt all folded up with the mid controls.
