6th Gear

hello everyone. I could use some assistance please.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for under the dash for a 1994 Harley Davidson softail custom. Turn signals will not blink and brake light is not illuminating bright. There is an orange wire under the dash which is disconncted from something and looks like it's burnt on the end of the orange wire. Someone please help.
