Looks like a couple of new tires are coming my way before New Year. Yesterday I had a nail & drill bit puncture the rear tire about 2 inches apart from each other. Found a local shop to plug both holes to get me home.

I only had about 7k miles on the rubber and was hoping to have them last until just before the trip in May. The drill bit hole took two plugs, so that is nothing to mess with.

This will be my third set of tires on my '08. 17k on the clock now.

Just joined the group so I guess I will repeat my quick intro. I am in Fort Pierce FL and ride a 2009 Flame Blue Pearl Electra Glide Classic from Space Coast Harley in Palm Bay FL. Laid up right now with a broken ankle, an insipid story, but will be back out soon.

My last ride took me west across the Kississimme Prairie to Sebring for breakfast at Sandy's Circle Restuarant then north to Ridge Harley Davidson then east across Hwy 60 back home.
