I have ordered a mustang back seat and haulen ass back rest. They should get here next week. I'll let you know how they look.

I have a Sundowner seat with the Haulen ass backrest, I think it looks good but certainly not low profile lol.

the cooler the seat looks, the more uncomfortable they are. im sure your ol lady would prefer the big bulky pillion pad.

Yes, My girl absolutely loves the giant thick pad on the sundowner, rode back there for a 1300 mile trip without a complaint (much). But it is awful bulky looking, but I still don't think it looks too bad.

Any suggestions on keeping the POS side cover on. Only thing that seems to work tight is a black zip-tie.

Yup, Zip tie, look at the sportster section, there is a sticky there all about that side cover

Oops, I'm sorry, I looked and I think there is no longer a sticky thread in the sportster section, it's gone. Well do a seach in the sportster section, you should find advice, I'd give you some advice but I haven't had this problem, mine stays on just fine.
