Deployed to Afghanistan so haven't had a chance to do anything with mine, bought it while I was over here, haven't even seen it in person yet. I know I am changing the seat out with a custom solo that I have Spike Customs working on now. The fender is going to be replaced with a another, looking for an exteded fat boy style. Also going with new dual exhaust on either side of the bike. Any suggestions on the fender and exhaust?

Working on my 2009 Crossbones, am looking for a full length rear fender that I can replace the quick bob that comes stock. Anyone ever changed theres out to a longer fender?

Recently bought my '08 "bones" off Ebay. Got an unbelievable deal on an awsome bike.
currently has: H-D custom paint (Trust Me), VH Big Radius pipes, SE Heavy breather, HD Aux Lighting, HD Low Windshield, HD SunDowner seat.
Mods in the works: HD Original Solo Seat, Jockey shift With suicide clutch (probably LaBriola), HD Crossbones saddle bags.
The hard bags in the pic ahave been taken off and are available cheap if anyone is interested.

hi there everyone can anyone tell me what is the best oil to use for my 08 springer and for the transmission oil also

Has anyone found a steel extended rear fender that will fit on an '09 Crossbones? Only one I've found so far has been from J&P and I really don't like it's shape. I'm looking for one that's almost a taildragger so that I can put some custom lights from Baddad in in and remove that rear tail light and the turn signal lights, basically clean up the rear end. Have you found anything yet NSDQ?
