Hope everyone had a great Labor Day! I celebrated by going to work! LOL...

I sat on the beach drinking beer watching my Frau frolic in the water, ah I loves me some America!!!

Bug swarms today on I-10. I don't know what the name of the bugs are but they seem to have come out in the last week here in Bama and FL. They make one heck of a mess on the screen which I spent 10 min cleaning alone. So I guess I made a good call on the screen but I may have to look into a bigger one as Im getting a lot of buffeting as the wind comes over the top and hits my helmet. Other than that clear skys for days here.

Work...what else would you do on LABOR DAY! other than watch your wife run around on the beach....Myself, I smoked a pork shoulder, and fed the family barbecue! lol and BEER!

I worked, but had a great time. I did manage to get in a short ride Saturday to LaGrange

Love bugs, getting no love from me. I spent a hour on the scoot yesterday washing them little bastards off. Another lesson learned while in FL, if you spend a night or two down by the water make sure you clean the camera lens off before you take off on a ride. I got home and found the video I had shot was all hazy, sort of looked like a over exposed Glamor Shot, lol live and learn.

Back at work today after a 3140-mile ride to Iowa and back for my son's wedding. We had a great ride, but had to cut our plans short for business reasons. Oh well. I wish I was still out on the road, though.
