I just passed my 500 miles on the Black switchback I picked up last week from New York Harley. It's been decent weather with a few cold days here and there but the riding season is coming to a close soon so I'm going to put as many miles on as possible.
The bike is solid, well balanced and great to ride. I will change the pipe in the spring. Too damn quiet. Anyone picking up this bike will love it.

I'm picking up my black SW on saturday.. will post a photo.. I ordered the Brawler solo seat and will change to the Screamin eagle heavy breather air filter..Plan on removing the Cat from the head pipe too.

Just got my switchback a few days ago, loving it so far. Put the quick release sissybar on it and it helps make it look thick..

Hubby just got me my own bike a 2012 Switchback. Love this bike.

Today, I received my dyna/FLD factory repair manual AND I have my luggage rack/sissy bar waiting on my assembly skills. Do which first? Each is a hoot of enjoyment.

Got the rack assembled. Need to tear down the fender support, rm the spacers, and tap in the mounting plates for the rack. And then? Time for a loooong mind-clearing ride.
Guess I'm not alone. Lots of confirmed metric types looking at the FLD, the cost, the big motor and 6sp-box and deciding to give American iron a shot. I think the FLD is the best crossover bike since the FXRT...

i got my fld in july of 2013 i love everything about the bike i hope to upgrade to stage 1 this spring

I just got my new 2013 Dyna/FLD, last one in the state apparently. Sweet deal and loving the experience. My first Harley and getting back to riding - its been 30 years. Looking at VH exhaust or SEII - what do you think? Any thoughts about mods? Performance, looks, etc?

Got my 2012 Red Switchback in May 2013. Added an engine guard. Only got to ride twice last year...broken toe
