Default Triple trees which one?

My wife's rig is a 2001 road king and I want to install some new trees on her bike to help with the handling, problem is I do not know what trees or degree of rake to achieve a better handling rig. Any input would be appreciated.

Hawg Halters makes a raked tree for the FL bikes. I would go with at least 5 degree trees.
edit: I bought some Hawg Halters trees from Phil at HogPro. Great price!
