Default Ride Through Zion National Park at Dusk

Ride through Zion on my way to St. George. Begins on Mt. Carmel Junction side. This time of year (Feb), the ranger stations close around 6pm and they don't charge you to pass through. I've never been on this road with as little traffic as this day, so don't expect to have it to yourself you go through mid-day in the summer. I was pretty tired from being in the saddle all day and lack of sleep the night before, so I took it pretty easy speed wise.

The video doesn't do justice to the colors of these mountains at dusk. Must see in person.

I've ridden that road, your right, it should be on everyone's bucket list. I don't remember the music though? Utah has a lot of great ridding roads and some unbelievable scenery!

Great vid, Thanks for taking and uploading for us!

Cool vid, thanks for posting.

Not only did you not have to pay, but no wait at the tunnel and all the cagers pulled over for you!! I would call that a nice evening ride.

The video does it no justice. 1000x better in person. The place is awe inspiring, not a Religious person but god could only create something like Bryce and Zion if it was discovered today they would never let them put the roads in which make it so much Better than the Grand Canyon whichYou stand on the rim and look out two to twenty miles at unless you want to hike miles, ride a mule, or river raft. Thanks for the video but you have to see it in person it’s that good

Yeah but you can catch a ferry and be in southern France and the Alps, there's some awesome riding your side of the pond too.

Doorstep... I'm near the middle of the country, and the distance I am from southern Utah for you would cover Ireland, Scotland, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, and part of Spain, Italy, and some eastern European countries. For folks on the east coast, that would be a hard 3 day ride just to get there. I'm not saying this as any kind of criticism, I can understand the attraction of the American Southwest for anybody, just putting it like this to let you know a lot of Americans (including our Canadian friends) have some envy for you, too. And for our countrymen that live on Zion's doorstep.
