Default spitting and sputtering off idle

I have a problem that seems to be more frequent lately where from idle, occasionally she wants to spit and sputter momentarily. I ride a 2005 road king with a PC-V tuner with the autotune module, Andrews 21 cams, and Dragos 2 into 1 pipes. about 45K miles. Is this a tuning issue or bad gas or clogged injectors?

More than likely a tuning issue.

When you say "from idle" do you mean while the bike is idling or after you put it in gear and take off? If it's the 2nd one, does it continue while you go through the gears and try to maintain at steady speed at each one or only as you're in lower gear?

It happens when transitioning from idled to acceleration. It can be described as sort of a hiccup. It is usually only momentarily but definitely annoying.

Have a real close look at the plug gap, To much or to little can give you a hic-up off idle.

Harleytuner.. can you reset the AFV with the PC like you can a TTS and such? Haven't fool with them in a while so I can't remember. If so that might be all that's required.
