Running 87 Octane Pure gas... problems?
As you all know, Denver is a mile above sea level and detonation / pinging isn't as much a problem here as it is at lower elevations.
They just opened a new gas station near me that has pure, non-ethanol poisoned gas, but they only have 87 Octane. I filled up with it and ran a tank through my '17 Limited. No pinging detected, bike ran a little smoother (no power gains), and I got 46.1 mpg. I've got another tank full of it now.
Anyone have input, bad or good, about this? I want to make sure I'm not harming the bike. I don't think I am, but I'd like to hear from those smarter than me on the subject.
Thanks in advance.

the no alcohol fuel will do no harm. we have stations here with it but $$$$$.
the big diff between systems is that on alcohol types, the components must be able to handle it without issues. the stuff will destroy plastics and rubber if not compatible. my flex fuel e80 truck has all metal, no rubber or plastic.
