Default 1998 mm efi 1340 no spark rear cylinder. New spark plugs, leads, coil . New crank and cam sensor. Had all wires checked by auto Electrion. Only 8000 miles on it.

That cam sensor was replaced. I have replaced everything at this stage

if you have only a trigger signal for the front cylinder, it's most likely an issue with the ecm. you need to confirm the wire integrity from the ECM connector to the various points in the rest of the system. If the wires check out, the ecm is the only thing left. You might try to get in touch with a member here named Ed Ramberger, as he might have an ecm for you, or know of a source for you to get one.

They sell aftermarket ignition modules. I've got a spare S&S sitting on the shelf. But you're in Ireland.
