Default plugging breather holes in back plate

So I replaced the stock AC with a V&H VO2 and I made an external breather system. I need to plug the holes in the back plate and have a few ideas that will work but I was wondering what some of you have done to plug yours. I did a search and really didn't get much on it so here you go. I plan to pick up a couple plastic push pin type anchors used to hold auto interior, or splash guards under the hood if I can find the right diameter. Or I could just cut a short piece of the breather hose and plug it with a bolt. Anyway, what have ya'll done?

If it's threaded put a bolt in it. I used RTV sealant.

Cover the hole /holes with a pice of tape, turn the back plate over and fill the holes with Liquid Metal filler or Epoxy. remove the tape when its set up.

I thought about doing that too, I'll probably just use the push pins and sealer.

Thanks everyone for the ideas.

Don't overthink this. A glob of silicone from the backside will last forever - been there - done that. Using JB weld flush in the holes is not a route I would go - if that ever came out you could find them in the cylinder.
