Please forgive me if these questions have already been asked/answered, as I have searched for several hours already.

I have a 2000 FLHPI (Police Road King).

Question 1: How can I tell if I have the Delphi system or the M&M system?

Question 2: I'm having problems getting the bike to start without giving some gas from the throttle. How can I correctly adjust the idle/throttle so that this isn't an issue? I have a PCII and set the idle screw to 0% when it was hooked up to my pc.

Question 3: I keep getting historic codes (CEL on again after initial ignition sequence). How do I clear those out? (need to know answer to question 1 to even search for this)

Ok, I found the answers to #1 and #2. I hope that they may fix the problem of the codes too once I hit the 50 runs. If anyone has a better way (than going to the dealer) to reset the historic error codes, please let me know.
