Probably did a remap download which got it close to 14.7:1 AFR. I would go with the new TTS Tuner (or HD S.E.S.T) over Power Commander. I personally like software solutions versus having to put more hardware on the bike to get the same or better results. I would not go with PCIII as it is an extra box and as you never will get a clue what is going on as you really don't know what is in the Map in the ECM. TTS also includes VTuner, which can probably get you real close without having to do a dyno.

If your new to this, do a little research right here on this forum to get a better understanding before making your final choice. We have some real heavyweight savvy forum members right here thast can get you on your way.
just my $.02...

Excuse the multiple posts. Don;t know how that happened...

Eah, I don't know about the IEDs. Mixed feelings. I built a set and put them on my scoot. Didn;t see that much of a difference. You can read the complete post on them in the Field Test subject. I think I would rather see you put the $$$ in tuning the bike instead of adhoc...

I have the old SERT and a map I got from Latus HD. The bike runs really well so I would also recommend a race tuner versus IED's. The TTS is supposed to be the best one out there from what I hear.

Nooooooooooooooooh. Change and make mods till the cows come home and tune to perfection with SEST or TTS that you would purchase once. I say SEST because I believe SERT is discontinued. Hope the helps...
