2002 heritage engine cutting out
My 2002 heritage fuel injected twin cam 88 with 30,000 miles, equipped with stage 1 air cleaner and hard chrome long pipes and pc111 tuner. The engine randomly cuts out. Seems to be worse when holding a steady speed between 60 to 70. Accelerates fine. The ecm does not show any codes. have changed plugs, wires, switch, crankshaft senser, intake gaskets, fuel hose inside of tank, cleaned all the battery connections. cleaned all ground connections I can find and have ran two cans of seafoam through it. I have also changed out the fuel injecter controller (for another used one). Every time I work on it it runs fine for about two weeks or about 500 miles and then it starts doing it again. Minor at first and steadly gets worse.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!!!!

Thanks! Scotty3,
I checked the pins when I changed the injecter controller. They all seemed to be straight, locked tight and no corrosion. It seems to run alright right after the power has been off to the ecm. Then after about 500 miles it returns to crap. I'm thinking it might be the ecm, but it might be a sensor causing the ecm to mess up. As it is not throwing any codes, I don't know how to tell. The reason I was looking for a ecm off of a different model of bike, is because I have never liked the way this bike has run out. It just does not run (speed about 95 tops on a good day) as good as any of the other models I have rode. I have been told it is because it IS a heritage and they just don't run like the other models. Basicly same weight, same gears, same motor. So I thought the controller might be programed different. While I'm looking to replace it I thought I'd try something different, If I can find something that will interchange.....Thanks!!!!!
