My bet is the problem is related to the switch housings you had the dealer install. He probably got a wire pinched in the housing or there's a loose connection to the starter switch. First place to check is normally the last place work was done!

My bike has been seating 3 weeks . I put a battery tenter on it in with a minute it was charged ,I took it off .Something is wroung make the dealer find the draw. I would disconnect the grown and use a test light between the post and cable if it light some thing is wroung. Better take it to the dealer .

I called the dealer and he told me to bring it in and leave it for a few days. Just started snowing so I guess it will go down another day. Thanks.

This is absolutely, without a doubt, the best piece of advice on motorcycle troubleshooting ever given. I read that years ago and it's almost always been true, even when the connection with the problem isn't always obvious.

Ditto.
A large percentage of vehicle break downs can be directly contributed to the last person that worked on them. It is also suggested not to have your vehicle worked on,tuned up, etc. just before starting off on a long trip.
I have beentelling this to friends and coworkers for years. Most of them talk about how they are going to have the vehicle serviced before taking a vacation. I tell them if they can't get the work done well before the vacation, wait until after, to have it done.
