I have a 2011 Ultra Classic. History here is I purchased the bike wrecked and am rebuilding. Got everything back in the frame and trying to start but there is no spark. The TSM and ECM are all original. I have double checked x 10 all the wiring and grounds. I know the TSM provides bank angle interlock. I can assume the TSM is not the problem as I have fuel pump and starter running. I am not sure how to static check the coil or ECM. Does anyone have suggestions on what avenue to pursue? What all must be present for the ECM to enable ignition?
