Went on another ride. Well, now I notice some difference. With the original setup, there was a stumble off the line up to 2000 rpm. With the pipe blocked off, there is NO stumble. Great acceleration....

Take the throttle body apart. Two screws in butterfly are probably staked but it's possible.
I took one apart. I spotted the screws with a drill.
Then replace the shaft. Restake the screws.
