I recently recieved a 75 sportster, Ive been looking for local parts and found a guy selling and parting out a 69 sportster. Will these parts work for me?

Lots of different parts ...

1969 has 900 engine, speedo drive in transmission, wet clutch, magneto ignition, XLCH kick only, front drum brake, short frame [cannot accommodate starter], ...

1975 has 1000 engine, speedo drive in front wheel, dry clutch, points ignition, may be XLCH [kick] or XLH [starter], front disk brake, long frame [to accommodate starter], ...

Different fenders, oil tanks, instruments, seats, handle bars, fuel tanks [probably], ...

A 1969 basket case IronHead on its own can be a very fun project unless essential, hard to find parts are missing.
