Default locating dowel and shift fork shaft plug

I am missing the locating dowel on the rear of the cam side cover/case. 9/32 fits tight in the cover but a little loose in the case. Does anybody know the proper size? If it is 9/32 can I solder it into the case? Okay, dilemma number two is I am missing the plug that goes into the case on the cam side for the shifting fork shaft. Where would I be able to find one of those bad boys. Any other solutions would be apreciated.
