Nobody knows nothin' yet, other than to say it's made on the same S2 platform as the Mulholland and Del Mar, so it probably won't deviate too far from those bikes. And the pics show street tires so it's definitely not an Adventure.

Annnnnd... it's here. It's basically a sport tourer. More comfortable, more lean angle, and slightly lower price, and factory saddlebags as an option. The article I read says it starts at $15,999, so basically $1,000 less than the others, making it the lowest-cost electric bike Livewire/Harley offers.

But with the same battery, so with only 71 miles of highway range I'm not so sure how many folks will use it for sport touring.
