Default Reduced Reach Clutch Lever

Hey all,
my wife finally got a chance to put a few miles on her Road Glide Special. Loving everything except the clutch lever. She has had some problems with that hand/wrist so I'm sure that's not helping much. She could use a lever not so far out but I haven't found one. Any ideas?

I used the clutch lever from Softbrake and it was a improvement, at the time the adjustables from Oberon weren't available for the 2017. Just received email from Hoglevers that the Oberons will start shipping early March.

I'd like to see reduced effort clutch, I swear my 2013 Dyna had a lever feel...

Although, I'm getting used to it, I can't believe the MoCo is not able to adjust the clutch engagement sooner than mid-point of travel distance. I have big hands, so fortunately it's just a matter of annoyance for me. But for your wife, I can imagine that the long release of the lever before she feels any pull, would be a real pain. No pun intended!

That's funny because I thought I found the answer at Hoglevers until I realized it was only the brake lever.

I spoke with them last November and they said they would let me know when available and they emailed me yesterday, I'd say give them a call, right now the Softbrake is working at well at a much cheaper price, but i'm not ruling out the Oberon's in the future.

I too got an email about the Oberins and was shocked at how expensive it is going to be. I was thinking 1/2 the price would be ok but wow! The soft brake will be going on my 17 Road King within the week. Just can't see the need to spend the additional
money.

I took my clutch lever off put it in a vise with some rags around it and just cranked it a little to take a 1/4" or so of the curve out. Made a difference for me. Looking at it doesn't look like it was touched.
