SE Stage 2 owners, buyers remorse?
#31
Glad I did it!
Stage 2 torque install completed today, wound up going with Rinehart slip ons instead of the street cannons.
50 mile ride home of mixed two lane and interstate, holy **it does this thing get up and go compared to stock!
Idles at 1K , revs quick, sounds more like a Harley now with the new lope and slip ons.
Makes much better power right in that cruising sweet spot, very happy.

the stock 107 is nice but the 114 is nicer, have 6 k on this kit. the SE pipes, big bore jugs, downloaded map, and whatever se ac they recommended, its all i need, its kind of like a spawn of a Gold Wing and a twin cam 103 , its the last Harley I will have in my life,(for real this time, I swear).

you're a liar and I don't believe you, I said that 7 times for Harleys and 4 times for dogs :-)..glad you're digging the SE 114, nice to hear some folks being satisfied with the MOCO offerings, keeping the warranty and not have to go all out aftermarket bananas

I picked up my 2017 CVO Limited with the M-8 114 and ran it stock to the 1500 mile inspection, ran perfectly but too quiet and well balanced for me...lol. I added the Rinehart 4" mufflers for the next 1k miles, that gave it some nice sound. Then installed the V&H Power Dual head pipe without Cat and tuned it with the SE Pro Street tuner, the CVO had the high flow stock.....this was all dealer advised, it's all good I'm told...lol. Then ran the bike another 3k miles for a total of 5k with a nice deep throaty sound I like. The 114 pulls nicely for me, not sure I could feel to much power increase, but was more interested in the sound and fit & finish. Today I install the SE Torque cam kit 447, flashed it again with the SE Pro Street tune for the cams, and it sounds even better, definatly has an increase in pull and throttle response just where I like it.......totally satisfied for the price of the stage 2 kit. I can see the harley shake a bit at idle now too.....can't stay off this machine

While this sounds like an option to reflash to stock, the Dealer knows it when they attach their computer. I inquired at a service. Is it usually the option of the Dealer to cover a non Harley upgrade, etc? I have an extended Warranty as well.
