My 2017 fans run alot more than My 2104 fans did.Almost always running after bike is shut off .

Ahhhh, I see where you guys are going with it. I feel u...the manual does state it acts like an air pump. I stand corrected. My issue was...the OP was asking about his fan running and someone told him to RTFM and informed him of how the EITMS works. No worries

You are referring to the EITMS, the OP is asking about the fan on the wet heads, not the same thing

Thanks just something new to me with the M8 and wet heads. Bike runs well just noticed the fans on all the time when slowed down or stopped, but since everybody else is the same I am good with that. Just started warming up here above 60 and that is when they kick on. This bike is completely different then my 96 motor on my other ultra.
