So has any one noticed that the M8 114 is really a 113? In fact it's smaller the the 113 kit for twincams.. I get 113.28 for the TC 113 kit and only 113.10 for the M8.. Heck the motor is exactly the same size as my evo with a 113 S&S motor in it..

It is
Common practice among manufacturers (auto and motorcycle) to 'round up'. Has been for years. Last thing in the world *I* would be getting excited about.

I'm not excited. Just thought it was worth noting.. I do wonder why HD didn't call their 113 TC kit a 114 tho.
