I need some advice. I recently purchased a 2016 Ultra Limited Black Quartz but am now considering trading for a 2017 Ultra Classic.
I was offered $24,600 OTD. With my trade-in $23K OTD. Is this a good deal?

For $1600.00 difference to get a M8 is definitely worth it.You lost that much on the 2016 as soon as you signed the purchase agreement.

Without knowing how much he put down on the 2016 there is no way to tell if this is a good deal or not. Obviously they are giving him $1600 for his 2016 but we don't know what the pay off is on that bike.
He might have put a $6K down payment on the 2016 so in that case he is taking a $4400 hit plus any payments he has made.

He didn't mention down payment so one would have to assume its straight up trade.....

 

On the trade I agree he didn't say anything about down payment, but who knows what he even paid for that limited and if he put anything down on it. Just not enough info to know if the $1600 is good or not for the trade-in.

 

I guess were going to need HDIron2 to clarify this deal and give us the specifics.
