Hi all -
Am I missing it in the catalog (wouldn’t doubt that) or does Harley no longer make an extended brake pedal for current touring bikes? I had one on my 2014 SG but do not see one for current bike, a 2018 SGS.
I know EZ Brake is well recommended on the forum.

Harley hasn't offered a extended brake pedal for the '14 up. At least they didn't when I had my '14 in '14. I went with Softbrake. Went with Kuryakyn on my '17.

 

I installed Kuryakyn, they make several versions.

 

I also installed the Kuryakyn on my 2017 Road King over 11,000 miles ago. Love it.

 

I just installed the kuryakan last week. Works great.this is on a 17 road glide ultra

 

Thanks for the feedback so far. I have no idea how the title of this has “I wanna walk downstairs “ added to it and I have no clue how to edit that. But I do laugh each time I read.

 

I was curious about that too. Were you using voice input rather than typing?

 

I don’t believe so but who the heck knows. I can’t think of a single reason I would even say that line. Still makes me laugh when I read it! 🙄

 

I could not get a hold of the EZ brake when I wanted to change mine on the 2016. Went with the Kuryakyn on my 2016 and 2017.
Worth while change for me.

 

The title made sense to me.... with the stock pedal it's like you're climbing stairs using it
