I had read about it before it happened for the first time this week. I have had this bike seven months now and it just started. I rode it all through the winter on much colder/warmer transitioning days multiple times. Wasn't very surprised when it happened. Just amazed and it would seem like a simple fix goes by the wayside on some of these dumb issues. I have never had a motorcycle gauge "fog" up when the bike is brand new. The fact that the gauge is exposed to the weather doesn't compute with me and certainly is not a deal breaker. I love this bike.

I have a 2017 King. 13,000 Miles. Flawless. I bought a color matched tour pak for it and made my own wiring harness. I have an Ultra Limited seat and a street glide seat for it. Sometimes I dress it up for a long ride and sometimes I dress it down to change the look. It is awesome. Love everything about it. You will too!

Love my 2017 RK, 8400 trouble free miles so far and riding it just gets better and better. Here's some pics with my tour pack on, only ride with the tour pack when 2-up or when I need the storage, put it on or take it off in less than a minute. My wife has actually fallen asleep while riding with the tour pack.

The Tour Pak adds a great deal of versatility to the Road King. This was a week or so ago on the way to Key West. Tour Pak is now off the bike safely in storage until the next time.
I've had the bike almost 10 months and just turned 19K miles. The bike feels fully broken in. My clutch switch has seemingly failed, and I had a cracked breather hose replaced last summer. Other than that the bike has been pretty trouble free. It burns down about 3 or 4 lines of dots between 5K oil changes. No noticeable transmission fluid transfer, but I keep checking.
