Well after a week of riding my 2018 Road Glide Special, I can see what all the Hoopla is about. My Road King was an awesome bike, but the Road Glide is phenomenal, it looks aggressive and mean and handles like my Road King. I can’t wait to start customizing it. My Stage 2 Torque Cam is being installed in a couple of week just like it was on my Road King. Handle bars with a new windscreen will follow. Only thing I’ve done is installed my Custom Dynamics ringz I had in my road king with my old Cvo road king seat. Any mod advise for a new Road Glide owner?

 

Yeah, ditch the fork reflectors.

Congrats on the new Road Glide. I have the RG Ultra and I love it. Mods I made that just makes me ride a little more comfortable are floor board extenders, longer shirt peg and Kuryakyn lowered rear brake pedal. Enjoy your ride.

I agree! Man the stock RG bars made my elbows HURT. Worst wrist angle on a stock Harley bar that I've experoence.

 

Congrats, how are you enjoying the ability to listen to tunes riding? When I ride solo I am jamming all the time. Riding with the wife not so much as she likes to chat cause she doesn’t like my old classic rock!
