Default On the road/ Radio problems

Ok I have a 2019 Road Glide Ultra, 7 months old and under warranty and will be going to the dealership when I get home... Right now I am on a road trip vacation and my radio is going nuts... For no reason/ not touching the controls/ the radio start scanning and changing modes. Has this ever happen to anyone else ?? I am thinking about doing a reset. The radio was working great until today, I was riding for 8.5 hrs in very hot weather, should not be a problem.

Have you loaded the most recent (6-21-19) firmware update? Did you try cleaning your touch screen?

Screen clean/ will update software when I get home... Radio still has a mind of its own.... Really sucks, don't need this on a vacation.

Why not stop by a dealership? I’m sure they can reprogram it and you will be good to go.

OK, new twist to this story... Rode home, headsets pluged in, radio worked fine in the heat and for 8.5 hrs. I appears this problem only happen when I use the bike speaker mode. Going to the dealership on Tuesday AM... Hopefully they will have some answers.

LOL... you know that's going to happen... really makes my skin crawl letting anyone work on my bike... Today I took a 200 mile ride, headsets plugged in and all worked fine.

OK, when to my dealership, for the most part I have been very happy with them. The radio is and has been working fine, really only one day of screw ups. They could not fine anything wrong at this time, agree, and added the latest "update". Now I will just have to wait and see. Hopefully I will be happy.
