Ran it tonight with both inserts out....no loss of torque that I could discern and the bike runs and sounds great. I would estimate 10-15% more volume and a deeper tone without the inserts. Just when I thought there wasn't any hope for the M8 sound wise I couldn't be more pleased with these mufflers. Highly recommend.

Thank you for the great review!

Warranty replaced the Street Cannons on mine when the baffles started rattling, and if this set goes south FM will be getting my business.

Got my Jackpot Street Outlaws yesterday and installed them when i got home from work. They made a very noticeable difference in acceleration when compared to the Mutazus these replaced. Fit and finish is excellent and the sound is slightly louder than the SE Street Cannons I originally had on the bike. Here's a sound clip....

Since its so easy to install/remove the inserts I carried them in my saddlebag the first time I took the wife out thinking I could throw them in if she found it too loud. Her response was "Hell no! It finally sounds like a Harley!" LOL

FWIW, I pulled the inserts on my TTS tuned 124” build with the FM Outlaws and had to put them right back on cause the bike ran like crap, sputtered and back fired. I think the tuning on my setup is spot on, and the increase in airflow really affected it in a yuuuge way!

Fuel Moto recommends inserts in when running a catless header, which i'm assuming you have. Nothing shocking here.

I have 'em and love 'em too! So what is the downside to running with the baffles in the stock head pipe/cat? Heres a video of how they sound for anyone considering them:

From what I understand no downside at all. In fact that's the beauty of these mufflers... you can adjust them to your liking by experimenting with the inserts to attain your preferred sound level. The cat provides sufficient back pressure to give you the option of both in/out or to run one insert on the left or right side. Again, FM recommends both baffles in for the best performance if running a catless header.
