Default Strange sound

Upgraded to stage II. S and S 475c cam, s and s mk 45 slip ons, FP 3 tuner. Makes really strange noise when shutting down motor. Any thoughts as to why?

Sounds like pressure being released from somewhere...check all your venting? Does it do it all the time?

Maybe you trapped a little ***** with an accordian in the bottom end...sorry

Just got it back yesterday. Did about 3 shutdowns and it did it for various durations. Just got it back from dealer yesterday.

Mine does that too, but not every time. There's no pattern to it at all. Others here have questioned it in past posts, but I've not seen a response that explained it.

No, HD torque cam, HD intake, S&S MK45's, SESPT, just your basic Stage II.

I've had 2 M8's, a 2017 107 and a 2019 cvo 117, both made this exact sound, I used to wonder why but everything seemed fine so I just quit thinking about it and rolled on.

Most of them do it at one time or another. My wife has a 19 Street Bob with the 107 and I've got an 18 Heritage with the 114. They both do it.

Could it be the electric fuel pump pressuring up.
