Wow, plastic now. That just adds another change to the 2020's I don't like.

i absolutely love it
the motor definitely feels more free
Not to mention that the stock transmission top cover is plastic
the trask cover is heavy aluminum
I also like having more chrome pieces on the bike
Theres an option for black as well

Looks great!

Mine arrived yesterday (in black). Taking it to my wrench's shop tomorrow for install as he finishes the 124" build. I figure this with the Fueling CAM Plate and Race oil pump and an external breather set up on my Trask a/c should about do it for all possible issues with sumping and blow by. Fingers crossed...

Got the bike back finally! Only rode a little bit (needs a front tire). But no oil in the a/c or anywhere else and no symptoms of sumping thus far. I'll provide an update once I am able to get a couple hundred miles on it.

Just bought a feuling dipstick did I make a poor choice? Is the trask option better? Any help is much appreciated

Fuel Moto sells all these products and have recently said they see great results with them all including the A1 dipstick.

We have had great results for each of the Trask, Feuling, and A1 Cycles kits. Here are a few points

Trask CheckM8: Very well designed and constructed. Very unobtrusive, install and forget about it; the highest cost
Feuling Vented Dipstick: Very high quality billet piece, easy to install, vent line is not quite as large as others but still vents sufficiently.
A1 Cycles Ventilator Dipstick: The original M8 vent, billet vented cap, largest vent hose, low price; does not incorporate a check valve.

Is there really a performance improvement? Some say “I dyno’d 478 more HP when I vented my oil pan” (I’m exaggerating of course) Now, I get the breather oil carryover benefits, but are there real, documented power increases on an otherwise well working motor?

i.e. if I’m getting zero oil out my breathers, is there any reason to spend 4 bills?
