Default Click feeling in clutch lever

so i bought a new 2022 SGS . i have came off my last 3 street glides all with hydraulic clutch and now the 2022 has back to cable, get a click feeling in clutch lever when gear down and pull in level , mentioned to dealer , they say thats how the new ones feel. i guess if thats the way it is , they also mentioned the new 2022 has i believe said a more slipper style clutch . this could all be the case and i just need to ride on . just wondered if any new 2022 owners out there noticed this . thanks in advance.

There is a spring in the lever where the pivot pin goes. Has the lever been off for any reason? if so maybe that spring is out of place....

My '22 RGS does that- not every time but often. Never felt it before in (on? with?) any other bike. Doing the 1k break-in service tomorrow, if I remember, I'll ask. Loving this bike.

more detailed information up front would have been valuable for helping...did it do it on test ride, did you not test ride, did it do it before you had them add the bars or did you have them add the bars before delivery and no test ride..just interested in knowing if something changed or like that from Day 1, in which case a test ride with identical bike would have provided some validation on its behavior..the devil is in the details as they say

Issue aside, which do you like better: hydraulic, or cable?
